Like the title says, I'm wondering if a tall Shooting Guard, let's say 6'10", trains significantly slower (in the guard skills), than a 6'0" Shooting Guard?

Yes, that is correct.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Thanks for your answer, but I'm asking myself (and you) how much slower they train. Is it noticeable? Or let's put it that way: I saw a good SG draft prospect ond the transfer list, but he's 6'10". Is it in your opinion worthed to train him?

As far as how much, I have no idea, and there isn't anything close to a precise figure, but I can say with confidence that the difference is significant.

I trained him for a long time (800099), his progress was ok but especially with the OD training i noticed the slower training. passing was just a bit slower, Jumpshot, driving was so clse that i don't notice an different but ths are even Skills you could train for bigger guys.

I mean his Jumprang was ok too when i sold him, but i am not 100% sure about that, because i doesn't train it often.

And what about passing? Did you experience a difference there aswell?

By the way, were your two players at the same age?

evry weaks sound for me like he had a high lack of handling in comparision to his other skills, till now i jus know that from centers who start training blocking pretty late.

I've been training my 21 year old 6'0" Shooting Guard in Jump Range for 3 weeks now (2 weeks while he was still 20 + one more week after he turned 21) and he didn't pop yet. And he's supposedly a MVP material, too.
Now, I don't have much experience with training guards, but that just doesn't seem right to me?
Any thoughts?

P.S.
I have Level 5 Trainer (old Level 10 Trainer's replacement).
