Is it worth training a 20yo or is it no good?

Also, i'm not really clear on the training side of things yet. If you set your training/scouting at 2, then what is the max amount of players that can be trained ?

For example, if 3 different players all play SG for 48 minutes in one week, and you are training Jump shot on SG, then do all 3 players receive full training?

Thanks for any help.

There is nothing wrong with training a 20yo player. As for your other question, I think you should re-visit the Training section of the rules. Scouting and training are separate things.

If you're training SGs, anyone who plays minutes at SG will get training.

yes, re-read the rules is always good. however to the Bertv's defense, the training section also has the Scout selection right there together, and I would wager that many a manager has overlooked/not understood this button at first glance.

Scouting- scouts evaluate talent for the draft that is held at the end of the season (2 days after the series championship game). So read up on the DRAFT section of the rules to better understand what your scouts do.

as to the training, yes, if you played three games, and in each game a Pooint Guard and a Shooting Guard both get 48 minutes in a game, then you could train a total of 6 players a week. (Jump Shot trains either both guards, both forwards, or team)
