I'm really sorry for this inconvenience. We've been having some rare problems that our mailer hasn't been communicating properly with some email servers. Every day, I go through the one or two problem cases and deal with them by hand; yesterday and Sunday, I didn't have the time to do this because of the National Teams. I will deal with these cases immediately.
The problem seems to be with our shop, and we're in the process of installing a new one at the moment. This is our top priority, and we will make sure that everyone who pays receives their supporter package.
