is it just me or i made a mistake ?

i notice that level 6 trainers are available except on 1 pm to 10 pm?

imagine 1pm to 6 pm for asia time is like the dull time wherein only you can see a few hundreds are online or we can say wee hours?

why is this?

There is a lot of randomness with which staff are available (and there aren't too many lvl 6 staff out there). Check back often, and you're bound to find one.
