Me and my brother both use the same computer and he would like to play this game but I'm afraid it's against the rules. What can i do so that both me and my brother can both have an account and both use the same computer without being banned? Or can i do anything at all?

you can have more than one user on a computer. you just can't bid on each others players. you can scrimmage each other though.
