Every week my staff salaries go up quite a bit since i have a level 5 trainer and 4 pr manager. my question is when their salary gets to a certain level do they go up in levels or what? is there a limit to how high they can go? thanks

Yes, there is a limit, but it's a very high limit, and it's not known what those limits are.

and to add to that answer... NO your staff will not raise in level when they come to a certain wage. Their level remains unchanged.
