you right mate... in an emergency you can always change your training at the last minute when some players didn“t play as much as they would have liked. However, as a new team, and with hattrick experience. I would reccommend to make a (training) plan, buy trainees for this plan and how boring it is in the beginning to stick with your plan and the trainees for a few seasons. Myself (did this in hattrick with decent success), trained a bunch off trainees, sold them after 2 seasons and bought some ace trainees that hopefull when fully trained will be good enough for the top division. (full training is in my opinion until 21 or 22, because after this age, training advancement starts to drop considerable due to age). This is just a suggestion, I have also seen teams (still doing better than me, but I believe that will be only in short term, but I havent been proved correct yet either) that havent bought a single player or only a few and trained the players they started with. hope this makes sense and helps :)
