I guess I've been lucky. While not as often as I have wanted, my coach calls 30-second and full timeouts at very opportune times. At least once per game.

Either way, this doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't be possible for teams to save and call 4-5 timeouts in the final 1 or 2 minutes of games.

this is a change i like to see, too :) and maybe that coaches take they time out before they run out.

and make all the timeouts last thirty "real life" seconds. it ain't fun to stand there waiting for the last dreaded shot… you wait, you wait, then you go all "wtf, I'll go grab a glass of water" and before you're back everything's done. :(

Or then there should be some kind of a counter like there is between the quarters and during the half-time.

Occasionally, if you reload the page during a timeout, the game clock counts down the length of the timeout to the current in-game time, so it's easy to tell when the action is going to start again.

(There's probably a better way of saying this - I can't explain things to save my life.)

There's also probably a better way to introduce that kind of a feature. :)

This is exactly what I think every time my coach calls a timeout. I salute you, sir!
