Looks like you have a new team? All new teams are pretty weak. You just have to have some patience.
You have to figure out what positions you want to train, get some 18/19 yo trainable players, train them, sell some and buy good players in the positions you are not training. Worry less about winning right now.
There are a bunch of threads to read about all of these and I would suggest you read them.
