First I'm very new to the game and maybe this has been said earlyer but I posted the problem on the danish forum and an LA said I should poste it here.

I have apparently been able to arrange 2 scrimmages on the same day - 2 different countries. Is that a bug or a feature?

Definitely a bug.

If you don't want your players to get too many minutes for Practice This Week purposes, you can set a blank lineup so that the players do not play.
