I recently purchased 3 trainees with the intention of training outside shooting this season. I'm training the guards.

However, i didn't notice my best player of over 11 000 DMI was 20. A bad mistake as it now seems a waste that he's not being trained. Is it worth selling my trainees so i can start training him along with some new centres/PF''s or should i just stick with my programme. Is there any way he could get involved in my training plans?

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: awful Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept

HELP!

Some things to consider:

Practice the week (PTW) has a big effect on DMI.

Centers tend to have somewhat higher DMI's and salary than other positions. I don't know whether height is being used in the salary calculation directly, or taller players tend to have higher skills in areas that figure into the salary calculation. So your player might be your best big man, but he might not be your best player.

He can certainly benefit from team stamina and FT training. He might be able to improve from handling and passing training as well.

You'd probably have to train his shooting to catch up with his other inside skills, and his defense and rebounding might be perfectly adequate to stop an opposing center from scoring.
