I am interested in knowing if they exist some kind of interface at the moment to create applications like the CHPP of Hattrick in order to facilitate the task of managing in BB.
If they exist I would like to know where to find related documentation.
I want to develop a tool for the game.

there is a tool called Assist! and a thread here in tha forum
