I got a special error several times this day. I'm logged in and the menu is visible, but i have the blue background in the middle. I checked all possible menu-chapters(training, arena, schedule .... ) - none worked. I closed my firefox, deleted the used Cache and then it worked.

The buddylist looks like that:
