How long does it take before you get the code with which you can activate your supporter account (paid via paypal)

I bought supporter yesterday via paypal. You will not get a code any more (it is obviously an outdated information on the supporter-page).
I had to wait about 5 mins and to log out and to log in again and everything was okay.
