Hi,

When I got a player who plays 30 minutes in the first game as a small forward and then 20 minutes in the 2nd game as a Power Forward.

Will he get 100% of my rebounding training?

If you train your whole team, yes. Otherwise, no.

I train only C and PF.

When will he get 100% training then? If he plays 30 minutes C and 20 minutes PF?

Or only if he trains at least 48 minutes at C or at least 48 at PF?

And what if he plays 20 at SF 1st game and then 48 at PF 2nd game?

Players need 48 mins at positions being trained to get 100% training.

So, yes. 30 at C and 20 at PF would work. 20 at SF and 48 at PF would work because he got 48 mins at a position being trained.
