is this option available immediately? how does it work? i mean if u need to write to any BBs that you accomplished conditions..

it should work that if you send out a referral using the referral system they get an email with a link that includes a unique number that identifies that you referred them. If they click on signup after clicking on that link then their signup will be linked to that referral and they will be able to create/join a private league, as will you. You of course are a supporter already so it should have no change for you.
