Can anyone tell me which is the maximum transfer value of a player with a specific DMI. For example if a player has a DMI of 1900, which is the highest value anyone can pay for him without breaking the rules?

Be careful asking these questions. Sounds like you're trying to find out the most you can get out of cheating without being caught. Doubt you'll get a straight answer.
