1) I don't understand the way training works. We have to choose ONE training type from the left drop down menu and then we put in as many players as we like to be trained and the training quality depends on how many players are training?

2) Do the players of the same age train with the same intensity or is there a kind of potential (like in PM and SK)?

3) A week begins on Friday and ends the next Friday, right?

4) Does height affect something more than the training? I mean, if I have a 216cm player with 5 in rebounding and a 190cm one with 5 in rebounding, should I put the 216cm as a center? (It has been probably already discussed, I am not sure)

5) Will Sonics ever be great again? Will that happen in Seattle?

6) Am I a n00b? :P

Each answer gets 10 points, and the last one has a bonus of 10+10.

The one with the most points wins a lolly pop! :D

Yes, except training quality depends on how many positions are being trained, not the actual amount of players.

2) Do the players of the same age train with the same intensity or is there a kind of potential (like in PM and SK)?

The lower a players age, the faster he trains.

3) A week begins on Friday and ends the next Friday, right?

It varies somewhat by country, I believe. Another GM or a BB would be better equipped to handle that query.

4) Does height affect something more than the training? I mean, if I have a 216cm player with 5 in rebounding and a 190cm one with 5 in rebounding, should I put the 216cm as a center? (It has been probably already discussed, I am not sure)

Yes, height does affect training speed. The player of more approrpriate height (taller for inside players, not so tall for perimeter players) will train faster in their relevant skills.

5) Will Sonics ever be great again? Will that happen in Seattle?

Go Celtics!

6) Am I a n00b?

No, of course not.

Yeah, but do all the 19 years old train the same?

If I have a 216cm player with 5 in rebounding and a 190cm one with 5 in rebounding, should I put the 216cm as a center?

What about this?

The skills already take the player's height into account, and a player with a rebounding rating of 5 is the same as any other. A tall player with a rebounding rating of 5 has less rebounding raw skill than a shorter one, but makes up for it with his height so that overall, they will end up with the same number of rebounds.

This also means that it's easier to teach the tall guy to improve, because he doesn't have to have as much raw skill as the shorter guy for his rebounding rating to be higher.
