the 48 min is the min playing time over the whole week they must have

when there is a pop-p you will see on yor players list a green arrow next to the skill that popt.

you must try to make all your trainees to play 48 min and that needs some skills to find it out I'm still having big problems with that but mosty i make it.

hopefully that is a bit helpfull for you

Skill goes from 4 to 5 for example so basically +1 to any skill is called pop. And training is on friday so manage your weekly minutes for the players you want to train. Remember they must get those 48 minutes on the spot (for example Center spot) that you train this week.

training is done once a week... check it on your weekly schedule page found on the rules link... /BBWeb/rules.aspx

players must have 48 minutes of game time (league game and cup/scrimmage game) before the training time...

you may see how many minutes your players have played through the weekly stats link found here /BBWeb/weekStats.aspx

the pop-up arrow can be found besides your players skill at the rosters page... or at the player page... when your player got a pop, it means that the player received a level up in that skill...

a player will have a green arrow next to the skill it increased. I can't give an examples cause we are not allowed to link transfer listed players.

on firday go to your rosters page and next to a skill it will be a green arrow pointin up on a red arrow pointin down green is good red is bad u will get a green arrow if that player has played 48 min or more of playin time that week, u have two games a week u will have three if u are still in the runnin for a cup game or if u have set up a scrimmage. make sure u always set up a scrimmage game and make sure all your players get playin time
