Just a quick question. What do you think are good levels for your staff to be at?

Doctor
Trainer
PR-Manager

I mean I think that some levels for some of these guys may be pointless and a waste of money. Currently I have all 1's, who should I upgrade on and by how much?

It depends.

Truly interesting question from NT coach, btw. :) Especially the part about Trainer lvl 1.

I guess trainer is the most important one. The higher skill the better but it depends on your money.

maybe till levl 5 or four, but i don't expect the level 6 or 7 guys to bring back their investment.

Well I haven't even completed a season in Buzzer Beater yet. I'm still relatively new. And trainers, doctors and PR-Managers don't come up in NT's. So that is completely irrelevant.

Thanks mate.

I just asked the question because I vaguely remember somebody mention something about that you only need this level for each job etc. It's my first season so I still need to fully adjust.

Thanks again. :)

The whole idea of someone with Trainer lvl1 in charge of non-new country national team is laughable. How can you give advices to your owners, lol.

Trainer lvl 4 or 5, other staff depends on situation of a team, personal preferences and general approach of the manager.

Excuse me for being new! I give advice on what I know and it seems to be working fine. You can laugh at what you want but I've pulled off 2 wins with Cymru this season. Not only the first competitive win in the history of Cymru, but 2 wins which is already double the amount which was won before I became manager. Not to mention we're rated 80 which is the highest Cymru has ever been rated, and we might even go higher due to our latest win. I don't see how I'm doing anything wrong, you can laugh all you want but there is no reason to laugh.

Anyway, I now have a level 4 trainer.

EDIT: Thank you to everyone who has given me help and advice without negative comments.
