Just so I can understand and interpret the values of my performance from the PL I have recently joined.

All games are in Arcade mode, injuries do not last any longer than the game. There is no benefit to the players as far as minutes played.

But what about the current Enthusiasm value? Is that considered in the calculations? What about specialty PR or Doctors? Will their benefits be applied?

i believe enthusiasm and staff do affect the PL game. obviously you cannot improve the enthusiasm.
