In general the new rules will help the grow of BB. The only thing that makes it difficult is the stamina loss after an injury, because when you have a roster with players who have all a good stamina and your star player gets injured. You have to sacrify your total training schedule to bring him up with stamina.

When in real life there is a possibility to give this "one" player stamina training. So i think there should be a possibility to train a single person on stamina. For instance that the player or those player can train seperate from the group and the speed of training will depend on how much time the player has played, only opposit of normal training, thus the less he had played the more stamina training he will get. Or that their stamina will rise to their original level over time.

What do you think about that?

I think it will depend on the rate at which they lose stamina. If its relatively slow, that it wouldn't matter that much. If a guy is out for two weeks and his stamina drops in half...then we're going to have a problem.

yes, I agree. also, for the 'rookies' who are taken in the draft, it pains me to spend a week or two on stamina and Free Throws to get them up from awful. It would be nice to have "rookie" training separate from "veteran" training. maybe until the all-star break allow parallel training.

as to someone who is injured, some type of parallel training would be helpful.
