Is it bad for a player to play many minutes in a week or the only bad point about it is that you don't train many players doing this?

If you play under 48 min. You'll get a huge penalty the next week, reflecting in Practics this week. And about the amount of minutes. Just don't go over 90 min a player and that particular player will do fine. By letting players have between 80-90 min a week... Your bench/backups won't meet the 48 min quota. So they have reduced 'form' the week after. You'll have to find a good rotation that let's everyone play a good amount of time and still win the game. OR you could let 5 players play a full scrimmage and leave the better players rotate in league games. Be aware that it will increase the risk of injury for the 5 players that play a full game without a backup.

The thing is that i'm still playing the cup and I need the money that it provide. And I had a tv game this week that I equally nedded to win to make money so I had tou use my best players a lot and some of them already played 80 minutes before the cup game, Will they drop in stamina if they play around 110 minutes for example?

A player will maintain their best Game Shape with between 60-80 minutes, I have found.

48 is the minimum to get full training.

Once a player hits 90+ minutes in a week, their Game Shape will drop badly.

Going one more round in the Cup can impact your team for several games, resulting in a bigger potential loss of revenue.

Not in stamina.. since that hasn't been implemented yet. But they will drop in form the week after. Right after training. So you can expect them to have a low practice this week. You have to trade-off between winning and form of your players next week.
