Crouch and Moore look to be your best players. However it's hard to tell without skill levels.

Nate—It looks like Josh Crouch might be your all-around best player. I'm a little surprised how old your team is. Remember that your training is really going to be based on fairly young players, probably from 18-22 (though 23-25 can get trainied, simply not as fast as the young 'uns). At first you're probably going to base many of your playing decisions on salary; i.e., players making less than $2K, especially older ones, are of little value other than scrimmages (IMO)...Pappy

There is no pint to keep such just for scrimmages. If they are bad enough, keeping them just for possible training is useless. I don'ť into game shpae reasons in this case.

I would try to find some C/PF training fo r Godson, Bergman, Crouch and maybe Moore until you' lle get younger players. This time of year after regular league games, training free throw shootin (or even) stamina is worth to consider.
