I would like te be able to take out players from training, like it is possible in hatrick .
I´m playing in a lower league, and as salerys increase up from a special point very fast, it´s getting dangerous for teams like mine.
So far i´m forced to stop f.e. inside training, just because one of my centers would earn to much money.

I personally hate this particular option in HT, and I don't think it has a place here. If you think the salary is too high, you have quite a few options:

1) Train secondary/tertiary skills - try to make a SF instead of just a mono-skilled monster. It won't increase his salary by much and it will make your team more versatile.
2) Sell him and invest in your arena for future profit, plus a few trainees to then train up and do the same again.
3) Keep him, get promoted -> Get more money from STH
4) Sell him and invest in guards to keep your team winning using a different tactic.
5) Just stop training him and train guards instead!
6) Any other tactics out there that seem to do the job in the BB world.

I just think building a team involves just that - building. If you stop training, you stop improving. Why even bother playing the game?

7) Train stamina, free throws or even game shape if you don't like training.

what i can personnaly suggest

dont worry too much, about how much your going to be paying and you wontbe able to hold your team.

your training 4 positions through which i know you might be inlove with your players

but as a business standpoint its best you develop 4 and sell 2 in time so you can still make a balance and still compete.

also =, even though your training big man, have a goal in mind so you can train other positions as well. i would rather have 5 good guys on my team than 1 super star and 4 below par guys.

OK, thanks!
The situation is a little tricky for me, because i´m training 6 inside players, 2 of them i want to make to SFs after next season. I want that all my players have a sum of around 38-40 in the 4 inside skills, without specialisation.
But my center is about 5 Skills better then the ohers - he would earn to much money. But i just can´t sell him, because my fans would die and hate me ;-) and he´s one of the kind of players you just don´t get the money they are worth in the TM. So for me it would be great to take him out from training in the middle of the next season.

But i see that this is a problem i made myself, as i didn´t know how important it is to have equal players training for my team when i startet playing bb 2 seasons ago.
Next time i´ll do better.

Don't train shot blocking if you want your players to train the other inside skills more slowly.

Since most teams like faster training, you need to include a week of shot blocking every so often.

Rarely, and not here.

If you're training inside with a proper balance, you'll end up with 2 weeks of SB training a season.

I train inside on the following cycle:

2 weeks Inside Shot
2 weeks Inside Defense
2 weeks Rebounding
1 week Shot Blocking

Any week in which I do not have 3 games I will do either Stamina or Free Throws.
