1) My rookie error was that i hired a 9 coach and a 6 pr-guy. Now i want a lower coach and a 1 PR-guy is this possible, or do i have to wait until they appear?

2) Do the named positions for a player play a big role?
(Or can i use a player that says PG but has SF skills on an SF position?

1) you have to wait till another batch of staff is available.

2) The positions are Suggestions so they have NO impact on his performance. You can have a center play SG or PG if you prefer.
