Whats the best tactics for subs that the coach puts them in play more? i had the same set for most of my games but on the last few my subs didn't play almost nothing... escpecially the last one where 2 of my firts team played the whole game and two played 40 min... we won by 15.... and the substitutions are set that the coach picks from the depth chart! dont know what to do

Ive had some problems with minutes too.Coaches will tend to keep starters in longer if the game is close or your losing especially if they are much better players than the backups.also I believe stamina of ur starters plays a part too.Not got a answer for u but if your playing good teams and maybe if you think your gonna get beat asume starters are going play big minutes.you still have scrimmages to make up the minutes for training of your backups.

well i didn't play that important match and the team wasn't that good so.... don't know maybe its really the fact that the starters are much better... but i don't understand why this happened only in the end of season.

I've gotten pretty close to them splitting minutes if I play "strictly follow depth chart" and "sit them" for fouls. If you're trying to get more minutes for a backup, you can also list him as the backup for multiple positions.

Are you training stamina? My SG has very high stamina and he plays around 44 minutes usually when I start him. My lower stamina guys get around 34-38 minutes when started. Just a thought.

no i trained stamina only once this season. don't know will try and figure it out.
