Ok.. a few of the individual training types are pretty easy to understand.. rebounding, shot blocking, etc. Does anyone have a full list of what each type trains? Did I miss it in the rules somewhere?

I'm guessing that pressure is for handling in some way, but there's also a Ball Handling training..

The one I'm 100% clueless on is the one on one training. You can choose either guards or forwards. Any help?

For "one on one" i think of two possibilities:

(1) trains Driving since there is no such training elsewhere, and also because it makes sense (on One-on-one play you have to find your own shots).

(2) it trains several skills, slowly (but it must include Driving)

Edit: actually, i just remembered that I got a pop on Driving even though I train Jump Shot. But I still think One-on-one probably trains Driving more effectively than the JS training.
