Anybody know what skill(s) one on one focuses on?

Nice, but one on one mainly focuses on driving. When training one on one you'll get more pops for driving than handling or jump shot.

Agreed, but handling will be close:

Yes, very true (and convenient).

I just said driving because one on one specializes in driving, while there is a separate training program for handling. Cheers!
