I am training my forwards on jump shoot and today I saw that one of my Centers got a green arrow there. (The arrow is so thin that I saw it accidently today and not even on last friday :p)
Is that normal? Shouldn't normaly improve only Small forwards and Power forwards like shown on the training page?

Thank for replying so quickly.
Yes, indeed he is a center but played on the PF position and got an arrow on Jump shoot.
So the training has to do where the player plays and not what his official position is if I understood right?
Also another PF got an arrow on Jump Range....

yes, what it counts is how many minutes he played in the position you are training.

the "best position" shown for each player is just a suggestion to you, but doesn't mean anything more than that. You can play your players in any position you want. There is no "official position".

P.S: Could the arrows be more thick Charles I doubt if someone wears glasses is able to see them at all, lol :p

Just a quick question after reading the first post. Do minutes at Center count as forwards for training purposes as some people say Centers are forwards and some not, just like Small Forwards are really swingmen not forwards at all hehe.

no. The Forwards are the "Small Forward"(SF) and the "Power Foward"(PF). The same way as the Guards are the PG and SG. The Center is just the Center :P

huh, if thats the case if the player playing out of his "indicated" position doesnt gain muchin training?

how is it possible to consider if my lineup is only having 2 big man and a few 6'9' 6'8 which the next are already 5'11 to 6'2. because i have to let someone with proper skill even though indicated as small forward but i move him at power forward since he can rebound better and inside shot is better than others what i have.

how is it now?

the best position indicated for each player has nothing to do with training.

any player can get training as long as he gets minutes playing on the TRAINING POSITIONS (positions you select in the training page, in which you will train your players)
