Hello, all the managers of New Zealand!
I am from a country called Estonia. I would like to become the coach of you country’s U21 team, because I see a tremendous potential in your players and I believe they have a great future ahead. It would be a real honor to be part of that success.

- Age: 17
- Club: BC Blue Ox (plays in Estonia)
- Languages: Estonian, English and some German and Russian too.
- Experiences: 1 season

My goals with the team
- Give the players the right experiences so they would be able to play successfully in national team in future
- Bring players with high potential in the team
- Help the team to achieve 3 place in Asian Cup

What makes me THE RIGHT ONE

- Online 2-4 hours per day

What's up everyone, I'm namssor and I'd love to be the next U21 coach for New Zealand.

A brief description of my qualifications:
- My club team is That's What She Said (23403), and I play in the 1st division NBBA in the USA, arguably one of the hardest leagues in the world currently.
- I have been playing since way back in Season 2, so I've gained loads of knowledge over the past 6 seasons. I feel like I know the in's and out's of the game engine very well.
- My club team has never finished lower than 2nd place in 5 seasons, and I've advanced to the conference finals in EVERY season. I've gone from division IV to the NBBA in 5 seasons.
- All-time record: 126-33 (.792 win %). I know how to win.
- I have had a player on the USA NT and have another U21 candidate currently, so I know what it takes to make a quality player.
- I already plan on utilizing TheUnrepentantGunner, who was up for U21 election here last time, as an assistant for scouting and recruiting talent.
- I have many other contacts, including USA GM's and BB's, who will assist me with any question I have. And I plan on developing great relationships with the New Zealand manager base as well.

Anyway, enough with the chest-thumping. I've noticed that nearly every game this team has played has involved almost the same exact tactics, and I find that unacceptable. Depth, flexibility, and enthusiasm management are the keys to winning in BB. We need to mix it up, throw some curves at our opponents to give us a shot at moving up in the rankings.

If you elect me as your U21 coach, I promise to keep all New Zealanders up to date with the activities of the team, I'll put up recaps of all games, I'll work closely with the NT coach for any and all matters, and I'll ask for any tactical input that you'd like. I also plan on attempting to expand the owner base, and trying to get the Buzzerbeater name out to more people of New Zealand through external websites.

Look, we aren't going to be dominating at Worlds, but I'd love to start growing New Zealand's reputation globally, and I hope that you'll make it happen. Please vote for me now through this weekend, cheers!

Edit: USA NT coach and well-known forum lurker GM-JuicePats has given me his endorsement and offered to help and give me advice when necessary!

hey guys...
i would love to be the Nt manager this season. i feel things went pretty well over my past time as manager and would like to build on this over my next term.

would be great to keep the job withen NZ again this time , and i can make sure the u21's will get the time they deserve.

our players are developing slowly but surely and with another term i really believe that i can start to take the team places... i have a simple goal for the team this term and that is simply to improve our finish on last year.

cheers colesy
