Ist it like in Hattrick that players loose skills at the age of 28/29 an have to be retired at the age of 32-35 or is it more realistic so that they can get even better when they get older?

I have no experience but asked that question some time ago.. got one reply it stated at 30ish or so. A tad bit early Imho.. bballplayers tend to age like wine at least upto the midthirties.

I think its to early too but probably it has to be around 30 because of the economy and to control the amount of players who are 'in the game'

Ok there is definately dropping of skills but it requires more than just age from what I have experienced. Players who do not play and their shape decreases, lose skills.
