Why did two of my players change positions on the court when I didn't order them to do so? I told the coach to strictly follow orders, and I only had 1 player listed for a training position, intending on giving him 48 minutes. But now, as I'm watching the match, he just changed positions with someone else on the court. Why did that happen?

Edit: does it have to do with the fact that he has 3 fouls? Do I need to select 'let them play' as well if I want to ensure 48 minutes of training?

I also see that a player got injured... does that also impact things, even though they are in different positions?

I just don't get how to make sure that I give 48 minutes to a player. if there's only 1 player specified to 1 position, then he shouldn't get substituted, right? Why is it so hard to sort this out?

You need to select let them play. The coach will use some other position backup if you use bench em. He will use the players even not used as subs but are choosen for the game. If you have 9 players listed 5 playing and 3 put as sub somewhere. The 1 that is not listed on a position will be used in a blowout or when players have foul trouble.

weird thing about tonight's game - I had three or four shots that were credited as threes but popped up on the court from within the arc.
