Dear BB-team,

Last week I wanted to sell a player and his market rate was between 1000 and 7000 $. So I wanted to sell him for 4000 $. Today I rechecked and saw that suddenly he is rated between 1000 and 3000 $. I can not ask for less for that player as he is still on the market to sell. I don't want to be banned because of that problem. What should I do now?

ok, thanks. So it is allowed to sell players for more than the TPE is indicating and the real price evaluation is in the hands of the manager himself. But then my question is, about where is the limit? For example: A player's real value is 4000 $ but the manager wants to sell him for 100000. That's ike 96000 $ difference. Wouldn't it be unfair, especially as a new player at BB, as that is actually way too overpriced?

Is there the possibility to sharpen the TPE, so it gives a much better price estimate, and then bound managers to not ask for more than 10000 $ above or beyond that price? Kind of a syndicate to protect players and managers?

it is not possible to give a specific number as the price is determined by the people whose needs are different at different frequencies. i think bb does not even care about these numbers when investigating a transfer in terms of prices.

I remember the first weeks in Buzzerbeater, that it was not easy to estimate the real value of the players on the transfer market.

Well, however, thanks a lot for your help.

I dont think it matters what you ask, if it is way too high. The red flag would probably come if someone actually bid using your example. I have bid considerably higher for a player than the estimated value on his player card, and was outbid by a wide margin. Depends on need and timing as GM-K pointed out. These GM's are pretty savvy when it comes to player value and unfair high bids.

also always be carefull with the high end of the estimates, especially for the older players, and when the values are very wide appart.

if you get an estimate of 700k to 850k, you can safely assume that is prety close to correct.
If however you see an estimate of 100k to 1M, you can bet that the real value of the player will be very much closer to 100k then 1M, and the 1M is WAY overpriced...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
