Congratulations to the "new" NT-Coach!!!

Yeah, that was really cool, without any speech, without any post and without any vote besides his own vote.

I'm really sorry for the other candidates, which could be real good managers and I'm sorry for the U21, which will play now two more seasons just m2m defensive and base offensive. The team will stay at the same place or make it even worse. Sorry, but we can forget the scotish U21 team and in the future the senior team, too.

He was the only one that voted, what else could happen?

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

yeah, that's right. But I think it was unfair, that he didn't hold a speech, so that the other candidates didn't know, that he is a candidate.

Probably it would be better in such small countries, if there wouldn't be a U21, if no-one is interested in it. Or just to think about the sense of countries with 10 managers. And I think it's a difference if a new country is small (this is obvious) or if it's a "old" country like Scotland which stay with 10 managers allready for a few seasons.

But at the end, I feel just sorry for the good other candidates! and I hopre that they are not to frustrated!

I guess you could say that if no one is interested in it, that it really doesn't matter who the coach is.

I'd much rather have the NTs and U21s garner a lot of interest, but we can't force people to care.

for sure, it's not your duty to force people to vote!

I think for the scotish community you're right. When you say
I guess you could say that if no one is interested in it, that it really doesn't matter who the coach is.

for the other candidates, I disagree. One of them allready wrote a bb-mail, how frustrated he is and that he wont try to be a NT anymore. -- Ok, you can say, it's his mistake, that he tried to win in Scotland...

--

but probably for the future, it would be an idea, to send a bb-mail to all managers, that they are election at the moment; cause I guess that many of them didn't know that, cause they didn't read the forum. -- Yeah and this would be like with normal/political election, where you get an invitation letter, too. (That's the way it works in Germany)
