We're changing the clocks in the US this weekend, and I presume that BB is changing their clocks, too. I'd suggest an announcement to that effect so that the rest of the world knows this.
Otherwise, I imagine there will be a zillion threads in global, the bugs forum, and otherwise about people not getting their match orders in because games are starting too early. (Which isn't to say that some of those threads would be amusing, but they're probably best avoided.)
