I am training a 20 year old and a 25 year old at center, my 20 year old just popped in rebounding and my 25 year old hasnt (as expected). My question is do I continue to train rebounding until the 25 year old pops or can I switch to IS and still have the 25 year old semi-trained in RB and come back to training RB later in the season and have him pop sooner because of the previous training? Or should I switch to another skill (ID?) that indirectly trains RB?
