If you look at your arena page it will give you a break down of each level of sitting for the last 10 home games. If you notice that, for example, your bleacher seating is only about 75% per game, you can try lowering your prices, and vice versa, if you sell out court side all the time, you may be able to raise prices.

I guess the optimum is when you get 99.99% of all your seats filled (individually) at a fan survey of 5 stars against top opposition.
