What is this difference between the differently focused tactics(if there is one)? Specifically, is there any difference between Run and Gun and Motion; and Look Inside and Low Post other than the speed of the tactic? For example, would Run and Gun be more focused on Jump Shot, while Motion is better for teams whose players have higher Jump Range?(These are totally hypothetical, just giving an example of what possible info I would like to know).
