Hi. Is there any difference between training a skill let's say 6 weeks in a row and 6 weeks but in a longer period in terms of efficiency?

GM-kozlodoev gave you the short answer, which is basically 100% correct.

However, it is generally known/believed that it is better to train balanced players. This suggests it is often beneficial to train a skill 6 weeks over a longer period of time rather than 6 weeks in a row. But it really depends on the players you have and want to train and the overall situation your team is in.
