First game - first victory!

Scotland vs. Norge 119-113 (5277)

The first game in the CT was a real big success. Scotland won against the Nr.34 of the World-Ranking, while the 1-3-1 defensive looked like a good answer against the norwegian run and gun.

So let's vote for the MVP of this game!

Fantastic dude. Great tactics, well prepared.

MVP, tough but A. McGillivray due to his combo of points and assists in the all important SF role. He also did a great job of stopping Hogne Haavi, with a 3x higher salery.

Congrats.

Thanks!! but it was the work of the whole scouting-team, which decided to play in this way.

and by the way... at the moment we are the best "british" team at the moment

The second game (5300) was on the road and unfourtunatly we lost a bit (too) high, even that we played CT didn't help us.

But have a look at the World-Ranking! For the first moment I couldn't find our team, but as I looked at the top, I found us at the 45th place! It's the first time that we are one of the best 50 teams in the BB-World.

So let's hope for some good opponents for the next two rounds!

Second game in a row, which we lost! and the next game will be against the Panama (1st in the CT-Ranking).

I think, we really got a bad draw; cause all of our 8 games are against teams which are ranked in the first 50 places of the WR. I would like to have at least one game against India, Lubnan or something like that...

but now, we have to look, what we can do with this draw and probably we'll have an unexpected victory like in the EC against Latvia!?

Victory against Number One of the CT!

Scotland won (5400) with 18 points against Panama. Thanks to the Scouts for their great work, again. Unfourtunatly two of our best players have at the moment a terrible game-shape (6), so they can't play in the Starting Five, both play at MOT. So we'll hope for the scotish team, that they will be soon in a better game-shape. Than the scotish team really has the opportunity to win some more games in the CT.

Today it was a bit difficult for us, cause we played at the time against New Zealand and Greece. Ok, we won ohne of the games, but unfourtantely again we lost in the CT. It were just 5 points and I think we had the right tactics, but two of our players are injured and some have a real bad game-shape. So we wont make it to the POs again... Im sorry for that...

Just as Calum said, you're doing a great job. Much better than Berti Vogts. We will make the PO next year. Our team is improving game by game but it's a proccess. The NT is on the right track
