Is there any way we could find out has the cheater that we have reported been fined. I only got to know it once when the user stated that he was fined. He did move a lot of players over their transfer value. I am constantly reporting things but it's hard as you can not check more leagues constantly -> therefore you miss those over the TL player sales. I have reported another user for a 3k player for a large sum of money, then he bought a great player. I think that he has been fined for it because the great player is transfer listed now. But is there a better way of knowing about the fines then just guessing?

Unfortunately, we cannot disclose that information.

Discipline is a matter between the GMs and the user in question.

I have put a player in my favorites. Will be interesting to see if they dare to ban both teams. Mine is an extreme case of cheating so should result in banning of at least buyer.

But for example. If player get transfer listed with 300000 his suggested range is 30000-70000 do you have any bells ringing when this player get's listed? Now if you don't and he get's bid on and sells for 300000 his range will change to 30000-300000 and therefore looks as a correct transaction or does the range value change over some time? I have no problems with player sales that start at their range value (15k-30k ) get's listed for 20k and then get's bid on by a lot of players and ends selling for about 200k.
So my question is do you check transactions before cheater reports or will you wait for some user to report it before you check it?

the first transfer i made was at 300k for a player now may be worth 40k. it is not easy to find as rookies tend to pay higher prices as they dont have much of an idea. ranges are also not very precise. looking at my sales, i would think i sold some of my players way higher than they should be but it happens.

those players usually won't sell, and if you are going to cheat you could also bid 5.000.000 on a player who is listed with 1.000 so i don't believe that they have to check to high starting bids.

If above the price range listings give no alarm then it's really easy to take advantage of it with multiple accounts. Cheaters are not stupid they will not make really obvious moves like 5mil. If they can monitor bids total while TL on a player then you can easily see is the transfered player at a correct price. If the player get's transfer listed 2x over his price range and get's one bid then it does not matter is the bidder a nub or a cheater he should get punished for it. The lister money fine the bidder loses out cash anyway making the transfer.

the think was that a cheater have no reason to start it high, and report it at best with the skills and the price(makes it a bit easier to the gm's), and the y do what they should do ;)

But with the high amount of "expensive" Pm, and the change that they get a bid i believe your strategy won't bring anything instead of a lot of work.

Edit: my point was, that there is no reason to punish someone for expensive prices, and it make no sense for a cheater to start high because he can bid high prices also on player with low starting bid.

And so it is just additional work for the gm, to follow all auctions with a high starting price, where 95% wasn't sold and from the last 5% they get hopefully a lot reports.
