Hi All, newbie here.

I've been looking through my roster and just wondered at what age you should stop training players?

I have one or two 20 somethings who look like they could improve to be somewhat useful with a bit of training but i'm unsure if it's a wise move.Perhaps concentrate on younger?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

You have an 18 year old and 19 year old that I would advice you to train. I would buy 2-3 new players to add to that. You can find much better player than you got in your current squad for pretty little money. I bought all but one of my trainees for less than $10000 two seasons ago and considered how difficult it been for me to sell rather decent drafts I think that you can easily spend less than $50000 in total for 3 players with not too bad potential as well.

I would avoid training older than 21-22 because training slows down. I would start with a fresh batch of 18s or maybe a really terrific/cheap 19 year old.

Usually you can find a cheap 18 year old with similar skills and then it really does not make sense to train an older player.
