I am working my way up the food chain -- currently my highest paid player is a bit over 7000 a week. When I take a look at the Transfer List, I will see players who make multiples of that -- one center was (my memory could be off here) something like 60000 a week. I looked at his stats and they were not what I would call the equivalent of 8x better than my main guy. In another case, I saw a SG (going for a couple of million) with a proficient JS who shot only 47 or 48% from the floor.
My question is: is it possible that the value added for these players is not worth the money (sort of like the Yankees)? Or is a 20000 a week player worth 20000 a week?
Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
