How are the All-Star rosters decided and when? Are the players picked by stats or by skills?

I don't know it, but I guess the Player Ratigns will be an important factor, because the stats don't really cover a players defensive effort.

Yeah, but if the fans choose the rosters, they don't care for defense... They want attraction... Since this is a game, I don't know how it goes...

My fans don't know good talent when they see it every week, so why would other fans pick my guys?

Yup, I have no expectations of my players being anywhere near the all-star team, lol.

we have continued to play with the formula from year to year, but we try to simulate the kinds of dynamics that happen in electing real allstars, including taking into account defense to some degree as well as home town biases etc.

When will the rosters be available? And when is the all star weekend going on?

It will happen during the week of the 9th. It doesn't happen during the weekend. Thats why on the standings page it has the link as All Star "Weekend."
