Do we have coaches in BB? If so how can I get one and does he have a level for how good a coach he is? Is the trainer in the staff page the coach?

there are no coaches in BB. you are technically the coach since you set the tactics.

KingCharles is right, but you do get a staff to help you with your team: you can improve them by signing new, higher levels ones, and some even have specialties. See the "staff" chapter in the rules, or the "staff" section under "team" in the menu to your left to see who you got right now, and to improve them.
