The tool for challenging a team can be found on their Overview page. (It's not always active due to times when challenges cannot be made and Cup participation.)

so if player A plays for 48+ minutes in a scrimmage game would he get full training?
and if he didn't play for 48 minutes but played for 20 minutes and he played 28 minutes in a league game would he still get full training?
