Depends. Look inside is faster paced so you get worse, but more shot attempts. Low post you get better, but fewer attempts.

Edit: To actually answer your question, there isn't a better overall one. Just one that is better based on your team and opponent.

Ex: you play the best team in your league, Low post keeps the score down. You play a bot, Look inside demolishes their center.

thanks i only have played look inside in the playoffs or against good teams i will play low post

i don't know if this concurs with the gameengine, but i play only fast pace tactics when i'm quite sure to get some offensive rebounds.

Just on personal experience LP is usually exclusively PF-C offense shot selection while LI includes PF-C but also driving shots from SG-SF.

What is true is that LI will tire your team faster.


Do you have evidence of this? I thought the only tactic that made your team tire faster was FCP.
