Hi,

I've played motion yesterday (1166018) and it was a disaster. especially thanks to the disgraceful performance of my starter shooting guard. He scored 2 of 18 from the field, and on the way, missed his first 10 shots altogether. I played LCD, but my coach didn't bother replacing him. His substitute was my usually starter SG, which has better ratings in every thing, but the Jump shot (has respectable against strong).
Why didn't my coach do anything?
I've lost a game I should've win.
B.T.W, can anyone tell me the reason this shooting guard shoots so terribly? It wasn't the first time he sucked. here are his ratings:

do you have a skilled PG to feed him with assists? because his driving is pretty lame... that's the only thing i can think of...

The SG or whoever was defending him on the other team may have had a good defensive rating which will make you miss a lot of shots.

On the other hand, sometimes you just have an off night......

It's not that lame... at current average driving is pretty fine;
Furthermore, both my PG's have respectable passing, and the other two shooting guards doesn't have this field goal problem, and they have the same driving skill.

My other problem is that my coach didn't replace him

thanks anyway,

yaniv

Maybe it was my opponent's defense, or an off night, but it happens all the time... You may look at his hisrtory

A thought that crossed my mind, this player's salary is based on his ratings after the draft. After I've trained him, he improved is OD, JS, and JR and now a salary of >4K$ will suit him better. Maybe there's a hidden satisfication factor, which causes him to play bad?
Just writing my thoughts, don't call me names if I'm wrong ;)
