I noticed this in the 'rules' section:

Players who do not play much each week tend to lose focus and their "Practice this Week" will be sloppy. Players who play too much in a week will get tired and their "Practice this Week" will also be low-quality.


My question is, how many minutes per week is too many?

more then a full game :)

But how you could influenced that, is my problem.

The numbers we (users) have managed to approximate so far is that your players should play somewhere between 30 and 85 minutes per week to stay in decent form (practice this week).

yes. Tthey should play around 30-80 minutes per week, which includes all 3 games we have per week, doesn't matter if it's League, Cup, or Scrimmage.
